However, the design, color palette, and ambiance create a different, unique experience at each restaurant. Our concept is to offer patrons an escape. Tom and Ashley Brown are the husband and wife duo behind Tom Brown’s Restaurant. Ashley is the visionary for the design and aesthetic of the restaurants. Tom is the mastermind behind the recipes and all things business.
