When Tom Brown started as a dishwasher at age 13, he knew there was something special about the restaurant business. After finding success in other industries, Tom renovated an abandoned historic building in Mississippi and launched his first successful restaurant. When he learned about all that Madison has to offer, he knew he wanted to plant roots and start his next restaurant here.

Tom and his friend Paul Daley, also an experienced restaurateur, decided to bring a premium casual restaurant to the growing community here in Madison. Tom Brown’s focuses on serving only the finest food, from Black Angus Prime beef to seafood that is flown in fresh.
